Do you offer recurring landscape maintenance? +
Yes. We provide recurring residential landscape maintenance in Gilbert and Chandler. Service may include shrub and hedge trimming, edging, string trimming, weed removal, blowing, light pruning, and general landscape upkeep depending on the property and service plan.
How much does landscape maintenance cost? +
Recurring landscape maintenance typically starts around $100 per month. More involved residential properties may be closer to $160–$180 per month depending on the size of the yard, plant material, trimming needs, cleanup requirements, service frequency, and the amount of time needed during each visit.
Can landscape maintenance cost less than $100 per month? +
In some cases, yes. A very low-maintenance property located near another home already on our route may qualify for lower pricing. We review each property individually before providing recurring maintenance pricing.
Do you offer neighbor discounts for landscape maintenance? +
Sometimes. When multiple nearby homes are added to the same maintenance route, reduced travel time may allow us to offer better pricing. If you and a neighbor are both interested, let us know when requesting a quote.

Yes. We provide one-time yard cleanups for properties that need more attention than routine maintenance. Depending on the property, cleanup work may include overgrowth removal, shrub trimming, weeds, pruning, blowing, debris cleanup, and general landscape cleanup.
Can you fix irrigation problems found during maintenance? +
Yes. Frank’s Yard Refresh also provides irrigation installation and repair. If we identify an irrigation problem during maintenance, we can discuss repair options and provide separate pricing for additional work when needed.
Can you improve my yard in addition to maintaining it? +
