About Our Company
Frank’s Yard Refresh was named after my dog, Franklin — the little spark that inspired me to turn my passion for making things look new again into a business. What started with that simple idea has grown into helping homeowners improve, maintain, and completely transform their outdoor spaces.
I’ve always enjoyed seeing the difference good work can make, and there’s nothing more rewarding than leaving a yard cleaner, sharper, and more enjoyable than when we arrived.

Yes. We provide one-time yard cleanups for properties that need more attention than routine maintenance. Depending on the yard, this may include overgrowth removal, shrub trimming, weeds, blowing, pruning, and general landscape cleanup.
Recurring landscape maintenance typically starts around $100 per month. More involved residential properties may be closer to $160–$180 per month depending on the size of the yard, plant material, trimming needs, cleanup requirements, and service frequency.
In some cases, yes. If multiple nearby homes are added to the same maintenance route, reduced travel time may allow us to offer better pricing.

We provide recurring landscape maintenance, yard cleanups, pavers, artificial turf, irrigation, landscape lighting, planting, decorative rock and gravel, masonry, block walls, and complete yard transformations.
Yes. We provide irrigation installation, drip irrigation, valve and line repairs, system modifications, and water-efficient upgrades.
Yes. We install artificial turf for backyards, pet areas, residential landscapes, and other outdoor spaces.
Yes. We install paver patios, walkways, pathways, driveway areas, paver extensions, and other hardscape features.
Yes. We install low-voltage landscape lighting for pathways, patios, plants, trees, architectural features, and other areas.
Yes. We can combine hardscaping, turf, irrigation, planting, decorative rock, masonry, and lighting into one coordinated project.
Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller installations may take a few days, while larger projects involving several services can take longer.
We provide landscape and outdoor improvement projects in Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and nearby East Valley areas. Recurring landscape maintenance is currently available in Gilbert and Chandler only.
Our current recurring maintenance service is focused on small-to-medium residential properties. Extra-large properties may be outside our current maintenance capacity.
